Do I need to sign up to join the BAM Club?
When are my perks activated?
The day after your visit, not after booking. You have to come and give it your all to unlock your rewards!
How do I use my perks?
From the loyalty section of your BAM account. That’s where you’ll find your promo code to apply when booking.
Food and drink perks? Just show your status at the bar.
Can I use my perks if they’ve expired?
Sorry. If you’re still a NEWBIE, no. If you’re a BAMER, just make a new booking to reactivate everything.
What if I forget to apply my code?
You’ll need to cancel (if your booking allows it, see our Terms of Sale) and rebook with your code. We can’t add it once the booking is confirmed.
Where can I check my perks and status?
In your loyalty area: you’ll see everything there. Active codes, expiry dates, your status… Everything you need to know so you never miss out!
