BAM Loyalty Program

How Points are Calculated:

For the organizer (the person who makes the reservation and pays online):
1 euro spent on the total room rental = 3 points earned.

For guests (those invited by the organizer to the session):
1 euro spent on the room rental per person = 3 points earned.

Example: If the organizer books a session for 10 people at a cost of 200 euros:

The organizer receives 600 points because 1 euro = 3 points.
If the guest’s email is provided, each guest earns 60 points, as the session cost per person is 20 euros.
Points and rewards can be accessed through your customer account. You can redeem your points for rewards as soon as you reach the first level!

Levels and Rewards:
2,000 points: A promo code for 10% off your next booking
4,000 points: A bottle of champagne* (valued at 90 euros) or a promo code for 25% off your next booking
8,000 points: A bottle of champagne* (valued at 90 euros) or a promo code for 40% off your next booking
10,000 points: A bottle of champagne* (valued at 90 euros) or a promo code for 60% off your next booking
*Must be consumed in-room during your next reservation.

Points can be redeemed through your customer account. You can start enjoying rewards as soon as you reach the first level!

Ambassador Status

You can become a BAM Karaoke Box Ambassador once you’ve reached the 10,000-point level or have booked 5 sessions. As a true fan of our concept, we want to show our appreciation for your loyalty and establish a long-lasting relationship with you. As an Ambassador, you’ll receive exclusive invitations to events organized by us or our partners. We’ll also reach out to you for feedback on future improvements (e.g., testing new cocktails, trying out new room features, or enhancing our website). Join us and let your voice be heard!
